Where necessary, the dentist may take dental X-rays to better understand your child’s oral health beneath the gum line. Rest assured, we use the safest dental X-rays. We have invested in modern radiographs that emit 80-90% less radiation than traditional X-rays. Still, we observe safety protocols to minimize unnecessary radiation exposure to other body parts.

After the check-up, we’ll gently clean your child’s teeth and gums to remove plaque and tartar, common causes of tooth decay and gum infections. We conclude every dental cleaning by polishing your teeth with gritty toothpaste for a shiny, smooth finish.
